- Do they make it fun
- Do they make you want to come back and play on their table
Tech Skills
- Payouts are correct
- Cutting is accurate and correct cutting patterns
- Game pace is appropriate for customer and casino
- Two hands are used where appropriate
- Number isolation and layout clearing is accurate
- No numbers over the max

- No more bets is called early with time to tidy bets
- Full commentary is used and audible

- Are you helpful and welcoming to new members of the gaming team?
- How prepared/able are you to help new members of staff to improving their dealing skills?

- Are you aware of the different demands that both ‘New’ and ‘Regular’ customers require, and do they use this to ensure the service is appropriate?
- How positive is your approach when you handle a difficult customer or complaint?
