Tech Skills

  • Payouts are correct
  • Cutting is accurate and correct cutting patterns
  • Game pace is appropriate for customer and casino
  • Two hands are used where appropriate
  • Number isolation and layout clearing is accurate
  • No numbers over the max

  • No more bets is called early with time to tidy bets​
  • Full commentary is used and audible​

Working as a Team
Things to consider from a team perspective:​

  • Are you helpful and welcoming to new members of the gaming team?
  • How prepared/able are you to help new members of staff to improving their dealing skills?

Customer Service​
Things to consider from a customer service perspective:
  • have you contributed to ensuring the customer has fantastic customer service time after time?​
  • Are you aware of the different demands that both ‘New’ and ‘Regular’ customers require, and do they use this to ensure the service is appropriate?​
  • How positive is your approach when you handle a difficult customer or complaint?

  • Shows clean hands​
  • Calls games loudly and clearly​

Float Management​

  • Maintains readable float​
  • Uses both hands correctly when paying out​
